01. AUTUMN MOON
Glass: Cocktail glass
Garnish: Lime wedge or lime peel
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 30ml
・Cassis liqueur 15ml
・Fresh lime juice 15ml
Method: (shake)
Fill all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and mix gently with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or lime peel and serve.
02. WHITE MOUNTAIN
Glass: Cocktail glass or Old-fashioned glass
Garnish: Lime wedge or mint leaf
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 30ml
・Peach liqueur (Peachtree) 20ml
・Fresh lime juice 10ml
Method A: (shake)
In a cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients and shake gently with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.
Method B: (build)
Build in a sugar rimmed old-fashioned glass and fill with ice (large ice cubes are better). Add all the ingredients and mix with a bar spoon. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
03. SPRING GARDEN
Glass: Cocktail glass
Garnish: Maraschino cherry or lemon peel
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 30ml
・Lemon liqueur (Limoncello) 15ml
・Yoghurt liqueur (Bols Yoghurt) 15ml
・Sugar syrup (Carib) 5ml
Method: (shake)
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake gently with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon peel and serve.
04. SAKE BLOSSOM
Glass: Glass goblet
Garnish: Improvise
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 30ml
・Nigori sake (HAKUSHIKA Snow Beauty) 40ml
・Rose syrup (Monin rose) 10ml
・Peach liqueur 15ml
・Lemon juice 1tsp
Method: (stir & build)
Stir all ingredients (except Nigori sake) in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled glass goblet. Fill up with the Nigori sake, stir gently and serve.
05. SHIBA DOG
Glass: Old-fashioned glass
Garnish: Improvise
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 1/2 (60ml)
・Grapefruit juice 1/2 (60ml)
Method: (build)
Build in a salt rimmed old-fashioned glass and fill with ice. Add all the ingredients, mix and serve.
06. PRETTY PRINCESS

Ingredients:

・Peach liqueur (Peachtree) 15ml
・Cranberry juice 15ml
・Calpis (undiluted) 10ml

Shake all ingredients gently in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass and serve.
07. MELTING SNOW
Glass: Old-fashioned glass
Garnish: Improvise
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 30ml
・Orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier) 15ml
・Lemon juice 15ml
・Grenadine syrup 1tsp
Method: (shake)
Add all ingredients (except grenadine syrup) into a cocktail shaker and shake gently with ice. Strain into a salt rimmed old-fashioned glass. Add the grenadine syrup and serve.
08. RED SUN
Glass: Glass goblet
Garnish: Improvise
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 45ml
・Tomato liqueur (La Tomato) 15ml
・Tomato juice 60ml
・Lemon juice 10ml
Method: (build)
Add all ingredients into a glass goblet and fill with ice. Mix well, add drinking straw and serve.
09. FANTASTIC LAKE
Glass: Goblet glass or collins glass
Garnish: Improvise
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 30ml
・Orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier) 20ml
・Cherry brandy (Kirschwasser) 5ml
・Lemon juice 5ml
・Blue curacao (Bols) 2tsp
・Tonic water 1 splash
Method: (shake & build)
Add all ingredients (except blue curacao & tonic water) into a cocktail shaker and shake gently with ice. Strain into a glass goblet or collins glass. Fill with tonic water and add the blue curacao. Add a muddler and serve.
10. SAKETINI
Glass: Cocktail glass
Garnish: Olives(1~3) or lemon peel
Ingredients:

・Dry gin 30ml
Method: (stir)
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 1~3 olives or lemon peel and serve.
11. SAMURAI ROCK (SAKE GIMLET)
Glass: Old-fashioned glass
Garnish: Lime wedge
Ingredients:

Add all ingredients into an old-fashioned glass and fill with ice. Mix well. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
12. SAKE MOJITO
Glass: Short tumbler or old-fashioned glass
Garnish: Lime wedges & mint leaves
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 75ml
・Sugar syrup (Carib) (or mint syrup) 10ml
・Fresh mint 12 leaves
・Lime wedge 3~5 (half lime)
・Soda 1 splash
Method: (build)
Place the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass. Add sugar syrup, lime wedges, and muddle. Add sake and cubed ice (large ice cubes are better). Splash some soda on the top. Garnish with mint leaves, add a drinking straw and serve.
13. SVADKA
Glass: Old-fashioned glass
Garnish: Lemon slice
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 30ml
・Vodka 20ml
・Lemon juice 10ml
Method: (build)
Add all ingredients into an old-fashioned glass and fill with ice (large ice cubes are better). Mix well. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
14. OLD-FASHIONED
Glass: Old-fashioned glass
Garnish: Lemon slice, orange slice and maraschino cherry
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 50ml
・Angostura® bitters 1dash
・Sugar cube 1
・Maraschino cherry 1
・Orange slice or wedge 1
・Lemon slice 1
Method: (build)
Add the sake and Angostura bitters to an old-fashioned glass fill with ice (large ice cubes are better) and mix well. Garnish with a lemon slice, orange slice, maraschino cherry with a cocktail pin. Add a stir stick and serve.
15. THE WONDERFUL WIZARD OF OZ
Glass: Old-fashioned glass or glass goblet
Garnish: Mint leaf
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 45ml
・Vodka (42Below Kiwi flavored) 10ml
・Sugar syrup 10ml
・Kiwi (without rind) 1/2
・Soda 1 splash
Method: (shake)
Put the kiwi in a Boston shaker and mash it. Add the sake, vodka, sugar syrup and shake with ice. Pour into an old-fashioned glass or glass goblet. Add in 1 splash of soda. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf, add a spoon straw and serve.
16. JAPANESE SLING
Glass: Collins glass
Garnish: Maraschino cherry, orange slice or wedge
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 45ml
・Cherry brandy (or SAKURA liqueur) 15ml
・Lemon juice 20ml
・Sugar syrup 10ml
・Soda 1 splash
Method: (shake)
Add all ingredients (except soda) into a cocktail shaker and shake gently with ice. Strain into a collins glass and fill with ice cubes. Fill up with soda. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange slice with a cocktail pin. Add a straw and serve.
17. WARM SPRING
Glass: Heat-resistant glass
Garnish: Cinnamon stick
Ingredients:
・HAKUSHIKA Sake 40ml
・Amaretto Disaronno 20ml
・Hot water 60ml
・Sugar cube 1
・Cinnamon stick 1
Method: (build)
Build in a heat-resistant glass with sake and amaretto and add hot water. Drop in the sugar cube. Add a cinnamon stick and serve.
