Hakushika's Japanese Orchard Japanese Pear was inspired by one of Japan's most favorite native fruits : the Japanese pear. The Japanese pear (Pyrus pyrifolia) is prized for its refreshing, almost thirst-quenching properties and is traditionally enjoyed fresh right off the tree. Hakushika's Japanese Pear is an exciting new type of natural flavor- infused sake and contains no added sulphites or gluten. Imported from Nishinomiya, Japan.

Food Pairing:
